What is LumixPulse?

What is the voltage of the unit?

• LumixPulse operates on 210V. If your laboratory's electrical system is 110V, you will need to install a 210V outlet or use a suitable transformer.

Operating Instructions:

1. Connect the power cord directly to a wall outlet (do not use extension cords).
2. Turn the red lever (main power switch) on the right side to the ON position
3. Press the power button on the front of the panel.
4. Operate the device using the touchscreen.

Touchscreen Display:

1. To access the settings: Tap the "Settings" button.
2. To enter administrator mode: Double-tap the top right corner of the screen. (A PIN code is required to enter this mode.)
3. Important: Retain the PIN code provided upon delivery and installation of the machine.
4. In administrator mode: You can control the top exhaust door and configure the temperature at which it opens during temperature decrease.

How to modify the schedule and its configuration method

1. Select a preset mode: In user mode, select the desired preset.
2. Control the top exhaust door: Use the controls to open or close the exhaust door.
3. View the preset schedule graph: You can view a graph of the preset schedule. The following parameters are displayed:

• Temperature (°C): The target temperature within the chamber.
• Change Rate (°C/min): The rate of temperature change per minute.
• Stay Time (min): The duration of the hold period, in minutes.

4. Configure subsequent steps: After setting the desired initial values, set all subsequent columns and rows to "0."
5. Save your settings: Tap "Save."

Controlling the Exhaust Door in Admin Mode

1. During the temperature decrease, you can open the exhaust door to easily control the internal temperature and enhance color by injecting small amounts of oxygen.

2. To open the exhaust door, tap "Open Door (°C)" in the bottom left corner and set the desired temperature. The door will automatically open when the temperature drops to the set value.

WARNING

1. Avoid strong impacts to the equipment.
2. Keep flammable materials away from the equipment during operation.
3. Avoid prolonged contact with the equipment during operation, as surfaces may become hot.
4. The Zirconia container is fragile and can be easily damaged by impact. Handle with care.
5. Do not operate the equipment in humid or dusty environments.
6. Protect the touch panel from strong impacts and sharp objects.
7. When the sintering furnace is at or above 80°C, use dedicated tongs to handle the internal Zirconia container. Do not touch it with bare hands.
8. If the Zirconia container is hot, place it on the tray support to cool.
9. Ensure a stable power supply.
